Here are a couple of stories written by members of Room 6 that will entertain, inform and touch your heart.
Super Russian Synchronized Swimming
"Peeew," the whistle blew. I skipped two heart beats. It was the Russians turn. They were doing synchronized swimming. They did handstands and flips. When they went down, they looked like screw drivers. I went to the food court and grabbed some popcorn with butter and salt and some fizzy. Then I headed back. They were amazing and the judges gave the Russians an 8 out of 10. They were awesome! I loved their performance!

My Aunt Polly
My Aunt Polly was a strong teenager. She cared about others, even sometimes strangers. She loved her parents very much. She died last year and we went to the Marae.
Sometimes she laughed, sometimes she cried. Sometimes she made me cry.
When we went to the Marae, I touched her. She was as hard as a rock.
I cried and cried. I will always remember her soft skin and blue eyes.
